Abudu, who gave the keynote address, highlighted the strides and achievements of Ebonylife Media, pointing out how they have turned their challenges into gainful opportunities.
The Vice President’s visit to the United States was part of a public-private sector collaborative investment roadshow. Speaking at the event, Prof Yemi Osinbajo said, “We are certainly very excited about the prospects of not just investments, but more thinking through some of the challenges, and we think we are a good place to experiment with regulation. We are very open and ready to see what it is that will work because we think that we are able to unlock the potential in Nigeria, but we can only do so with an environment that works. If we are able to do so, this would be the 4th Industrial Revolution and it might as well be a Nigerian Revolution. We certainly look forward to working with you on all these.”
Furthermore, the executive director of Nigerian Export Promotion Council described Nigeria as the world’s fastest-growing entertainment market adding and that the country would like to share their value proposition and take home innovative ideas on how to do improve.
