On April 30, 2015, Hall 2 Lagos State Television, Agidingbi, Ikeja was filled with writers, aspiring writers and well-wishers who came to witness the launch of long awaited books: Writing Masterpieces and Smart And Brilliant Writing For Secondary School Students by Michael Omisore. Both books are filled with practical advice on how to write and produce quality books that will give readers excellent value for their money with Smart And Brilliant Writing For Secondary School Students specially tailored to suit the young generation. The launch was well attended by dignitaries from the State Ministry of Education who praised the author for his hard work and perseverance in producing such excellent and helpful books. The author spoke of his challenges while writing the books and attributed his perseverance to his passion to improve the reading culture in Nigeria by first improving the art of writing among students, authors and aspiring authors.
