Nigeria’s U-20 Men’s national team, Flying Eagles’ coach, Manu Garba has released a list of 25 names for the highly anticipated clash with Lesotho later this month. Garba included 2013 U-17 World Cup winning Golden Eaglets including Captain Musa Mohammed and striker Taiwo Awoniyi. Muhammed and Awoniyi are the only overseas-based players selected for the match.
The Flying Eagles will fight Lesotho for a place in the final of 2015 African Youth Competition in Senegal in March next year against Lesotho on August 16 in Kaduna.
The complete squad list:
Goalkeepers: Joshua Enaholo, Adamu Abubakar, Olorunleke Ojo and Etua Ossai Kingdom.
Defenders: Musa Muhammed, Ifeanyi Nweke, Mustapha Abdullahi, Zaharadden Bello, Prince Izu Omego, Adebayor Ademuluwa, Wilfred Ndidi and Sirajo Mazadu.
Midfielders: Bernard Bulbwa, Ifeanyi Matthew, Ifeanyi Ifeanyi, Chizom Eze, Akinjide Idowu, Clement Ogbobe, Abdullahi Alfa and Obinna Nwobodo.
Strikers: Taiwo Awoniyi, Sulaiman Abdullahi, Alhassan Ibrahim, Abubakar Lawal and Wasiu Jimoh.
