Eligibility Criteria
The Sustainable Innovation Accelerator Program seeks ready-to-deploy sustainable innovations from startups, scale-up companies, SMEs, and established enterprises globally, operating at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7 or above, that correspond with one or more of these seven priority innovation focus areas:
- Sustainable and inclusive business models
- Low-carbon, climate-smart technologies
- Water resilience solutions
- Nature-based solutions
- Alternative ingredients and materials
- Eliminating fossil plastic use and plastic waste
- Circularity and resource management

Program Advantages
Selected participants will enter a program lasting up to 12 months, featuring:
- 12-week group acceleration support provided by the CISL innovation team, emphasizing pilot preparation.
- Up to 12 hours of personalized mentoring and coaching from international leaders in sustainability, innovation, and industry expertise.
- Peer-learning sessions conducted either in-person or virtually.
- Potential opportunities to jointly develop pilot projects with L’Oréal, which may include possibilities for commercial partnerships or investment.
- Access to CISL’s sustainability knowledge base and L’Oréal’s market-leading position in the cosmetics sector.

- Participant selection: November 2025
- Customized acceleration and mentoring phase: November 2025 – February 2026
