Nigerian Ultimate Fighting Champion, Kamaru Usman, has vowed to never fight Khabib Nurmagomedov and fellow Nigerian fighter, Israel Adesanya. Topic of the Nigerianโs title defense is still up for discussion but the welterweight champion has ended any talks of him squaring off against Khabib Nurmagomedov, who appears to be his friend, and Adesanya who he considers to be his brother and noted it is better two athletes fly Nigeriaโs flag high than one.

It will be recalled that Israel Adesanya followed the footsteps of Kamaru Usman in 2019 to become Africaโs second ever world UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) champion after defeating Robert Whittaker to claim the middleweight fighting belt. Adesanya who has turned out to become one of the promotionโs biggest stars will defend his title by March, 2019, against Yoel Romero, and Usman has admitted his love and unwillingness to fight the Nigerian.
