The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is proud to announce the third annual NewGen Renewable Energy Accelerator program in collaboration with Enel Foundation and Social Alpha.

This initiative from IRENA aims to support and accelerate the growth of youth-led renewable energy ventures worldwide. Selected participants will benefit from a comprehensive four-month hybrid acceleration program featuring personalised mentorship from renewable energy and business experts.
The program is designed to help entrepreneurs strengthen their business models, expand their customer base, and improve their investment readiness.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 from anywhere in the world
- At least one founder must be under 35 years old
- A minimum of two founders must commit 16 hours monthly to program activities
Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
Businesses must focus on one of these categories:
- Renewable Energy Technologies (solar, wind, hydropower, green hydrogen, geothermal, bioenergy)
- Climate Adaptation Technologies (water, agriculture, livestock, extreme weather events, early warning systems)
- Climate Mitigation Technologies (transportation, decarbonization, circular economy, energy efficiency, energy transformation, smart grids)
