surep The Adamawa coordinator of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P), Alhaji Yunusa Belel, has said that they would provide internet to rural areas in Adamawa. He said they would collaborate with GSM networks, to provide services in rural areas while they work with local government officials. According to him, “We have also spoken with Local Government Chairmen in the state and already most of the local governments have provided internet facilities in their respective headquarters. The councils also appointed desk officers, while we sent them coordinators as we plan to also have an official in each ward for the smooth operation of SURE-P.”
