Five years ago, Kola, a young entrepreneur, had an idea for a chicken fast food business. He was lucky his retiring father gave him his gratuity to start the business. A year and a half down the line, the business closed up and he lost everything including his fathers’ gratuity.

Why? He didn’t have a proper business plan. In his mind, he overestimated the business revenue potential by 500% and underestimated the actual selling price and economic appeal to his customers. He also failed to recognise the amount of financial capital he would need to sustain and grow the business.

EZ37 Solutions in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private arm of the World Bank has put together a training workshop on Developing a Business Plan scheduled to hold in Lagos on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th of April, 2017.  At the end of this course, participants understand the principles and processes involved in developing a bankable business plan. Organisations can also increase their bottom line by training partners in their value chain, as this has been proven to yield a great return on investment.

  • Hey,
This is a great post. I’m so interested to hear more about what the workshop has to offer. It is great that participants will receive a free business plan template! It would be so useful to have a business invoice template as well.
    Best,
    Dennis
