Infinix Mobility have launched the iterative update of their Note line of premium smartphones. Launched with the tag “Beyond intelligent”, the Infinix Note 5 and Note 5 pro (Stylus) bring a stylish design and a whole new experience to its fans.

Google that delivers the latest AI powered innovations and security protections to supported devices. This includes the Google Assistant and Google Lens and some nice battery life optimizations.

The Note 5 smartphone is equipped with a 6.0’’ full HD display and an 18:9 screen ratio. The edge-to-edge screen affords an immersive display experience great for watching videos, surfing the internet or playing games.
The device features a 16MP low-light front camera with LED flash, which allows good looking low-light selfies. The rear camera is a 12MP snapper that takes Bokeh (Portrait mode) pictures with the help of AI since it doesn’t come with dual cameras.
On the inside of the Note 5 is 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with an Octa-core 2.0 GHz Helio P23 chip-set. The Pro version comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. Both have an option to expand the storage with microSD card. Infinix also promises 3 days of power on the Note 5 with its 4500mAh of battery. It also has fast charging to juice up the battery in time. The phone has 4G LTE with dual micro SIM capability.
Infinix Note 5 features the latest Android 8.1 Oreo with Android One, which means it doesn’t feature XOS or XUI but runs stock Android. Face ID unlock is also expected on the device via an OTA update.
The Note 5 was also launched in conjunction with MTN. As such, you will get 1GB free data and up to 100% data bonus on every recharge for the next 6 months for every purchase of the Note 5 from any authorized retail shop.
