100m World Youth Olympics gold medallist, Rosemary Chukwuma, is determined to prove her strength when she meets the world’s best runners at the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Relays in Yokohama, Japan.
The sprinter told newsmen in a brief interview before her departure for the championship, that she is prepared to bring out her ‘A’ game against anyone she meets on the track in Japan.

The IAAF World Relays which is expected to feature about 790 athletes from several countries across the world, is scheduled to hold from May 11 to May 12, in the Japanese city of South Tokyo, Yokohama.
The Nigeria representatives for the 4x400m event are Chukwuma, Joy Udo-Gabriel, a 4x100m Commonwealth bronze medallist; Tobi Amusan and Jennifer Madu.
In the 4x200m event, Yinka Ajayi, Patience Okon-George, Praise Idamadudu and Favour Ofili would be flying Nigeria’s colors on the track.
In the men’s 4x100m and 4x200m event, Enoch Adegoke, Jerry Jakpa, Emmanuel Arowolo and Ogho-Oghene Egwero would be running in green and white.
