Create a system where they can feel safe and free to share their ideas on what went right or wrong with your product. When they know they are able to vent whenever they need to and commend your business when you meet their expectations, they will be more likely to trust you. This builds some form of credibility for your business. Now, your potential customers can see that others have been using your product or service and that it has been working for them. This is definitely a great marketing strategy and a way to build the trust of your customers. This is like the icing on the cake for these strategies. When your customers are actively involved in your business process, and they get the best product, it is great if you crown it with excellent customer service. How do you respond to customer complaints and queries? Businesses exclusively recruit for that role, as it requires someone that is patient enough to attend to your customers. Truth be told, some customers are naturally angry, but you should have someone standing in that gap to attend to their needs.
