The trailer for the Tade Ogidan directed, star-studded movie, “Gold Statue” is out, and will leave you in anticipation of the new movie.

The film – a collaborative effort by OGD Pictures, FilmOne Distribution, Infotech Limited and Solution Media – stars Gabriel Afolayan, Richard Mofe Damijo, Sola Sobowale, Ali Baba, Nobert Young, Bisola Aiyeola, Woli Arole, Etinosa Idemudia, Tina Mba and more.

Synopsis

The comedy adventure follows the quest of two men for wealth. They embark on an adventure to find and retreive a gold statue – a diety revered by past generations. The gold statue, which is worth $500 million, is located in an impossible place. Their family is shocked at the level of risk, suffering and humiliation they go through to get their prize, but is the gold statue just a myth?

  • The trailer for Gold Statue has definitely piqued my interest. With such a stellar cast and Tade Ogidan at the helm this promises to be an entertaining ride. Counting down the days until May 17th.
