On Sunday 9th April 2017, Zoya’s Jewels will host their 1st jewelry party at MEIDEI, Old 3/New 6 Ogunike Street, Lekki 1, Lagos.
The evening of games, cupcakes, cocktails and free gifts starts at 4 pm and promises to be fun, laughter and all round joy. “I want this to be an event where ladies can come around to shop and also have a good time with one another,” says Amaka Ezeugwa, Creative Director at Zoya’s Jewels.
Zoya’s Jewels was conceived when Amaka, who had a love for crafts growing up, attended a bead making class where she learnt how to bead. “It became a passion; I was always sourcing for more design ideas to create. I decided to delve deeper into the world of jewelry by taking professional jewelry design and manufacturing training courses in India and the United States in 2011 and 2013. By 2014, I had wholly made up my mind to become a full-time jeweller. I started with the little I had and today, I thank God for how far that little has brought us.”
Where does her inspiration come from? “I put the customer first. With the current economic situation, everyone wants to get value for their money by spending as little as possible but also getting the desired look. So I work on designs that can afford the customers value for their money,” she explains.
And that’s what she enjoys most about the business: the jewelry and the customer. “I love being around beautiful jewelry pieces, I enjoy working on designs and I love seeing them on our customers. I also enjoy interacting with our customers beyond the product itself. Relationship in life is key. So I endeavour to learn more about them.”
If you’re still wondering about whether you should be at this event or not, be sure not to miss this fun opportunity to check out unique jewelry. “Zoya’s Jewels has a wealth of information and skills when it comes to jewelry design and manufacturing. This helps us assist our customers in making the best purchase decisions. Our jewelry pieces are long lasting and can be tailored to your personal style and taste,” Amaka says. So bring a friend and shop for your favourite jewelry pieces at great prices, all the while having fun!
Zoya Jewels are modern and very feminine. Whether your desire is to make a statement as soon as you walk into a room, or to remain simple and blend in the crowd, there’s a jewelry style just for you.
