The curriculum caters to both entry-level and experienced startup professionals, featuring specialised learning paths tailored to participants’ existing positions and career aspirations.

Training Pathways:

Entry-Level Startup Professionals (Data Analytics Pathway)

  • Duration: 5 months with a blended learning approach (60% remote, 40% face-to-face).
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Professional development training and hands-on startup case studies.
  • Program completion leads to the DataCamp Data Analytics Certification.

Experienced Startup Professionals (Data Science Pathway)

  • Duration: 6 months delivered entirely online on a part-time basis.
  • Curriculum covers: Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Deployment strategies.

  • Program completion leads to the DataCamp Data Scientist Certification.

Qualification Requirements:  

  • Current employment with a startup or small-to-medium enterprise in Ghana, Nigeria, or Rwanda.
  • Entry-level track: 0–4 years professional experience.
  • Senior track: 5+ years of experience in technical or product development roles.
