The N-power Programme, a job creation and empowerment programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria, opens portal for registration. The programme which kicked off in 2016 has engaged about 200,000 young Nigerians deploying them to public primary schools, primary healthcare centers, and Agricultural development projects in all the Local Government Areas in Nigeria. The N-power is a volunteer programme with a 2-year duration, and is open to Nigerians between the age of 18 and 35. This June-July registration is for Graduates, ONLY. The graduates will undertake their primary tasks in identified public services within their proximate communities. At the end of the programme, they’re expected to have developed a qualitative, employable, entrepreneurial, and technical skill. All volunteers are paid a monthly stipend. This year, the programme is set to enlist 300,000 more Nigerian youths to bring to the promised 500,000 N-Power Volunteers. To register and get enlisted, visit www.npower.gov.ng.
