Super Eagles defender, Augustine Egwuekwe, has signed a deal with Israeli club, Hapoel Tel Aviv for an undisclosed fee. According to Supersport.com, the defender joined the club on Friday after completing the prerequisite medical tests. “Nigerian Egwuekwe Azubuike landed in Israel in the morning and signed after passing medical tests earlier this week,” supersport.com quoted the club as saying on its the official website. Previous reports had suggested the Warri Wolves captain was set join English Premier League club, West Ham United after impressing club officials on trial.
