Since its launch, The Address rapidly established itself with five award-winning operational properties in Dubai:
  • The Address Downtown Dubai
  • The Address Dubai Mall
  • The Address Dubai Marina
  • The Address Montgomerie Dubai
  • The Palace Downtown Dubai
They have already signed management agreements to operate The Address Marassi Golf Resort & Spa in Egypt and The Address Masai Mara (Kenya) and sometime in the near future, Turkey. It is becoming more obvious that capital forces in the Eastern world will play a large role in Africa’s growth story. China, the Middle East and other parts of Asia are playing active roles within the construction, development and power sector. The developer of the entire Centenary City project also has ties to the Middle East. Eagle Hills, which develops flagship city destinations, is keen on urban expansion and renewal projects that positively impact business, tourism and ensure sustainable economic growth. Their only other known project aside the Centenary City is the Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia, a smart new mixed used city built around the tallest tower in the region.   About the Writer:  Dolapo Omidire is a writer at estateintel.com.
