Just an avocadoPreparation
- Cut open your avocado pear to get the seed
- Rinse and dehydrate in the oven at 120oC for 2 hours. You can dry it under the sun if you don’t have an oven.
- Remove the thin outer skin and discard.
- Gently press a knife to the seam to cut it open into two
- Grate or blitz in the blender.
- Your avocado powder is ready.
