Avocado is a very healthy nutritious fruit.  However, the seed is the most nutritious part of the fruit and has many more medicinal properties than the rest of the fruit itself.

The seed

The seed contains 70% of the amino acids the entire fruit has. It is high in dietary fiber and a rich source of antioxidants which prevents cell aging and repairs damage caused by free radicals. It is naturally anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, has insecticidal and fungicidal properties and aphrodisiac properties for increasing libido. It can be used to naturally treat many diseases; prevent cardiovascular and coronary diseases, help raise defense and regulate thyroid disorders. It is great for treating diarrhea and gastrointestinal tract inflammation and a good supplement for naturally treating asthma. The seed is also good for slimming and fat burning. It revitalizes the body when tired and stressed, improves the appearance and texture of the skin and quickly eliminates the appearance of blemishes and boils when applied topically.

  • Always dry it in shade not under the sun because: some nutrients evaporates and uv reduces aroma
