After a while, I decided to abstain from groundnuts and I managed to do it for six months. When my problem did not disappear, I jejeli went back to my snack. I’ve been eating groundnut since then. I’m an adult now and I no longer have a face full of pimples; that which came with puberty has gone with puberty. Today, we’ll be discussing 7 foods that can be made from groundnuts. This non-dairy beverage is everything good. Groundnut milk has a creamy nuttiness that’s distinctive. You’ll enjoy drinking this milk alone. You can also use it in other meals that call for milk. This thin, free flowing gruel is a staple in Northern Nigeria. In that part of the country, it is considered a great weaning food for babies. Kunu gyada is made by combining groundnut with such cereals as rice, maize, millet. This porridge has a sweet and slightly sour taste. My childhood memories will be incomplete without this snack. Kuli kuli was our comfort food. We made countless trips to Mama Dan’s kiosk to buy it.
