  Everywhere you go, the phrase ‘Detty December’ is in the air. But what is Detty December? It simply means to spend December in a vivacious way or to enjoy December in a lively, energetic, and fun-filled way.

Join Chef Koichi Kondo from Henry Sison Culinary School for culinary zoom classes this December. Learn how to make Ramen on the 16th of December 2021, Japanese Rice topping on the 17th of December, and Brazos de Mercedes on the 20th of December 2021. The classes are not free. The theme for Writers Hangout 4.0, which comes up on the 18th of December by 9 am, is Poetry of People. This event takes place at Unravel Gaming Lounge, Akonwojo road in Egbeda, Lagos. This annual event is an opportunity for writers and other creatives to learn, have fun and connect. It’ll involve a writers training, spoken word, games, photoshoot, food & drinks, movies, and karaoke. The entry fee is N5000 and there are only 30 slots available. A branded vest costs N3000, though it’s not compulsory.
