Forbes Magazine has nominated Nigerian billionaire, Aliko Dangote, and Director-General, Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission, Arunma Oteh for the Forbes Africa Person of the Year 2014 award.
Also nominated is multiple award winning writer, Chimamanda Adichie; Thuli Madonsela, a South African who helped draft the country’s constitution in 1994; and Donald Kaberuka, a Rwandan economist and the president of the African Development Bank.
This year’s Forbes Africa Person Of The Year Awards will take place on the 4th of December 2014.
The winner will be “the individual who, for better or worse, has had the most influence on business on the year gone by”, Forbes Africa wrote on its site.
