The 1st edition Customer Experience (CX) West Africa Summit will take place on Friday, 12th July 2019 at the Lilygate Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria.

For this maiden event, the theme is THE TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT (CEM) IN BUSINESS GROWTH.

During the summit, speakers and panelists alike will seek to discuss exhaustively the power of CEM as a tool for business growth leveraging different principles of customer experience. The focus perspectives of discussions, break out sessions and workshops will; how to understand customers and leverage customer understanding in growing a business, how to create the right business and customer processes to grow a business, how to manage customer feedback and use customer insights to drive customer satisfaction and retention as well as how to effectively manage contact centre operations to grow a business.

Overall, the one-day summit will feature over 15 customer experience experts, business executives and business owners sharing business growth successes by leveraging customer experience management principles attended by a gathering of 100 business executive, business owners, customer service professionals, customer experience management professionals and customer service/experience enthusiasts from financial services, telecommunications, logistics, hospitality, education, ICT, real estate, aviation, retail, fashion, e-commerce sectors and more.

In addition to the one-day summit, there will be an exclusive closed-door customer feedback management workshop sponsored by Acumeni.

The CX West Africa 2019nsummit will feature other activities such as product exhibitions, master classes, and networking sessions.
