This human resource challenge is a hindrance to the sustainable development of the country. To bridge these knowledge gaps, Ciuci Consulting has embarked on a number of initiatives including the soon to be opened knowledge centre in the United Kingdom. The centre is designed to facilitate an evolving multi-disciplinary dialogue leading to insights and discoveries, to provide middle and senior level managers with unlimited access to world class research, materials and leading experts.  The United Kingdom was strategically selected for the location of the knowledge centre because of its global position and easy accessibility for facilitators from different parts of the world. Additionally, Cuici Consulting is in charge of iQube. The 2014 edition held at the University of Oxford on the 15th of May 2014 and was a convergence of Africa enthusiasts. The gathering was to discuss ideas, strategies and goals all towards achieving the single goal of improving the economic output of the African continent. With the theme, ‘The African Enterprise’, there were speakers such as Geetha Tharmaratnam, Julian Kyula, Marc Ventresca and others. The forum was held at the Nelson Mandela Hall, Said Business School of the Oxford University, a strategic location chosen because of its history and position as a foremost citadel of knowledge. The maiden edition of iQube was held in 2012 with the theme ‘Back to the Future’ and had prominent Nigerians in attendance, which included Bismarck Rewane, Ibukun Awosika and the current governor of Lagos, Babatunde Raji Fashola. iQube is a multi-channel platform designed to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within corporate business communities.
