The NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA) is organised to recognize and reward technology entrepreneurs, innovators, inventors, academicians and policy makers in Nigeria. Its major objective is to promote and commend excellence in the use of technology in promoting Nigeria’s sustainable economy.

Categories in this year’s awards included the Best Hotel Booking Portal of the Year, Technology Personality of the Year, Social Media Marketing Company of the Year, and Mobile Phone Retailer of the Year, among many others.
