Dare Olaitan
SCRIPTWRITER
Olaitan is a graduate of Economics and Business Management from Illinois Wesleyan College. His belief that the biggest area for growth in the African Market is located in Film Production, motivated him into enrolling at the Colorado Film School for a degree in Film Directing/Screen Writing. He directed the popularly acclaimed 2016 film, Ojukokoro.
Chioma Ngaikedi
POET, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, FILM MAKER
Author of Sahara’s Claws and Broken Things, Ngaikedi is a multiple award-winning writer and film maker. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Ixora Production Limited, and founder/curator of Chi-family, one of the largest online communities of writers and philanthropists.
Arukaino Umukoro
JOURNALIST
Arukaino Umukoro is popular for emerging winner of the CNN/MultiChoice Africa Journalist Award in the year 2015. Umukoro is a two-time winner of the Nigeria Media Merit Award in 2013 and 2017. Also, he was named as the CNN/MultiChoice Africa Journalist in the Sports Category in 2015. Part of his achievements include his appointment as an Aide on Communication Projects to the Nigerian Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo in 2017.
Sally Kenneth-Dadzie
AUTHOR
Sally Kenneth-Dadzie’s first novel is Fish Bran Clan. She has currently written over 10 novels and, in 2017, emerged as winner for Fiction Writer of The Year in the Nigerian Writers Awards.
Efe Paul Azino
POET
Azino is notable as one of the founders of West Africa’s first international poetry festival, the Lagos International Poetry Festival in 2015. Efe is also the director of poetry at the annual Lagos Book and Art Festival. His first collection of poetry was published in 2015, titled For Broken Men Who Cross Often.
Jerry Chiemeke
EDITOR, CULTURE CRITIC, LAWYER
Jerry Chiemeke’s works have appeared in numerous media prints like The Inlandia Journal, and Bone and Ink Press. Chiemeke is an editor, mental health advocate, culture critic and lawyer. The Colours In These Leaves and his poetry chapbook, The Vanilla Verses, are some of his works available in digital format.
Vangegh Begha
AUTHOR, WRITER, CREATOR
Begha kickstarted his career as a writer in 2012, with his first self-published novel Roles in a Script. His other bodies of work include As Told by the Nightfire, and As Told by the Nightfire II.
