Hilda Kragha
Hilda Kragha is a management professional and human resources personnel who has over decades of experience across the biggest players in the accounting and management industry. A graduate of Nelson Mandela University, Port Elizabeth with an MBA from the University of Navarra, Spain. Until December 2018, she was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company, serving private and public sector clients primarily on strategy, human capital, talent management, change management and organisational behaviour. Prior to joining McKinsey, Hilda worked as a transfer pricing expert with KPMG East Africa working with Multinationals in the region to design/develop their transfer pricing policies and support them in negotiations with the different tax authorities. She is the current Chief Executive Officer of Jobberman Nigeria- Nigeria’s biggest jobs platform with over 2million job seekers and 60,000 employers. Jobberman’s mission is to alleviate youth unemployment in Nigeria by democratising access to jobs through cutting edge technology and to improve workplace productivity by developing affordable, data-driven recruitment solutions for the public and private sector and deploying them at scale. She remains passionate about human capital, organisational behaviour about solving Africa’s talent and productivity challenges. Dr Osinowo who features weekly in a Business Day editorial column will be speaking at the upcoming Connect Nigeria webinar. A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Brand marketing and sales. Uzo has worked with the finest marketing agencies in Nigeria and he has worked on projects for companies such as British American Tobacco, Guinness Nigeria, Blue Arrow, and several brands in the FMCG space, before joining Connect Nigeria in 2015. He had a short stint as an entrepreneur and knows firsthand some of the challenges faced by Nigerian MSMEs. Uzo studied Marketing at Enugu State University of Science and Technology and has attended various courses and workshops in marketing within and outside Nigeria. He is an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School and currently serves on the executive committee of the Alumni body for a two-year term. Despite his schedule, he makes time to mentor brands and he’s one of the mentors for Founders Institute in Nigeria.
