But the company has faced its fair share of challenges such as lack of funds to mechanise the work and reduce the manual load on workers, transient committed staffs, ill-behaved/inconsistent staff, and an absence of a physical presence in different states around the country. Yet These challenges have not deterred the growth of the business.
