ConnectNigeria.com, Nigeria’s information portal partners with LCCI for the Information, Communication and Telecommunication ‘ICTEL’ Expo that is set to take place from the 26th to 28th of July 2016 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island Lagos. The theme of the event is “Mobility, Technology and the Nigerian Economy. It is aimed at exploring and promoting opportunities in the Nigerian IT industry.
The ICTEL expo, which is organized by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is a gathering of stakeholders in the IT industry, academics, professionals, OEMs, equipment suppliers, telecom operators, e-business operators, thought leaders and public sector. Highlights of the event include an exhibition, ICT Unveil, Hackathon, Pitch Theater, Presentation and Award and Gala Night.
Speaking at the event will be Funke Opeke, CEO, MainOne Cable; Leonard Stanley Ekeh, Chairman and CEO of Zinox Technologies; Ebi Atawodi, GM, Uber Lagos; Mojeed Aluko, Manager, Enterprise Solutions Etisalat; Aderinola Oloruntoye, Business Analytics Solution Manager, SAP Africa; Frederick Udoaka, Business Development Director, Rack Centre; Prof William F. Onifade, lecturer, University of Ibadan; Emeka Okafor, CEO, ConnectNigeria, amongst others.
According to Mr. Williams Uzomba of ConnectNigeria, “The second edition of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry ICTEL Expo promises to be an eye opener as so many brands and businesses will be showcasing the role ICT plays in modern day business.”
