A total of 12 fire incidents in Lagos State have been recorded by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) between September 8th and 9th, Channels Television reports. This unfortunate occurrence raises the need for increased mass education on preventive measures against fires, and most importantly, on how to respond to an outbreak if and when it occurs. The CNTV crew set out to investigate Nigerians’ planned responses to fire outbreaks in their homes, including their knowledge of the official fire service codes.
