The home-based Super Eagles representing Nigeria at the 2014 African Nations Championships in South Africa will, perhaps, be facing its toughest battle this Saturday. The Eagles will be put to the test when they square-up against the Moroccan national team.
The Eagles learnt of their opponents in the quarter finals when Morocco trumped Uganda on Monday night with 3 goals to 1, thus qualifying the North African country for the quarter final stage.
The quarter final clash between Nigeria and Morocco will be played on January 25 at the Cape Town Stadium, which is the same venue as the other previous matches the Super Eagles played in the tournament.
The Eagles are anticipating a victorious outcome from the match on Saturday as midfielder Abdulahi Shehu announced on Monday night that the best is yet to come.
