Gone are the days when chefs were looked down upon in Nigeria and all over the world. Gone are the days they were treated like they didn’t belong. These days, they are celebrated at home (Nigeria) and abroad. These days, being a chef is not only about knowing how to cook, it’s also about showing off your creativity as well. That is how far food has come. Because chefs are being creative with food, it is now a source of inspiration for others who are not chefs, like Emily Blincoe. Honestly, what could be going on in people’s minds? How creative can people be? I was seriously impressed by what this lady did with food/fruits. It’s so amazing. I don’t know her and she doesn’t know me; I just came across her work on the internet and I was like…..wow! This must be celebrated.  I must show you. I really love her work.
