SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used to understand the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project, business, or organisation—hence the acronym SWOT. It involves specifying the objective of the business or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are supportive or unfavourable to achieving that objective. SWOT is often used as part of a strategic planning process. To perform an effective SWOT analysis requires time and significant resources. This cannot be done effectively by just one person; it requires a team effort. With the guide of competent speakers, now you have the opportunity to “bring out the you in you”, to learn how to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses, and discover the opportunities and threats of any personal or corporate project or venture at the SWOT Analysis seminar coming up in July, 2012. The seminar will feature young Nigerians, seasoned speakers, specialists in their respective fields delivering teachings that will help define you, your organisation, and your businesses. Bankole Williams, a certified life coach by John Maxwell who currently works with EdgeEcution Consulting. Togu Fregene, of the Etiquette Place, who will deliver lessons in poise, carriage, good manners, and acceptable social behaviour.
