By Joy Ehonwa sisiyemmie With a perfect balance of humour, wit and vital information, this blog is, simply put, a delight. If you’re interested in events, advice, rave reviews, giveaways or just delicious gist, sisiyemmie.com is the place to go. Run by renowned foodie and award-winning blogger, Sisi Yemmie, the site offers amongst other things, commentaries on day-to-day life and TV shows, recipes for mouth-watering meals accompanied by lovely photos, and hilarious updates on her relationship with her fiancé, known to followers of the website as “Bobo Yomi”. Earlier this year, followers of the blog were treated to its first video blog (vlog) post. A graduate of Igbinedion University Okada, Sisi Yemmie’s commitment to keeping her readers asking for more is commendable. Sometimes, the things she comes up with, or manages to find, are OMG amazing! The Nigerian Pidgin flavour she infuses her posts with makes one feel instantly at home. We didn’t find the shades of green, yellow and pink on the site particularly inviting, but the promise of exciting content was enough to help us overlook that. Here’s an excerpt from her post; YomYem: The Proposal Story “He cajoled, begged and forced me to get into the car…I just dey bone throughout cos I don tire. When we got home my parents were in the living room, with extended family, so Yomi handed the bottles of wine he brought and said ‘my dad sent this to you sir because I told him I was going to… I was shutting the door when Yomi produced a box from his pocket and knelt on one knee, my parents were dumbfounded and all I heard him say was “shofgbkoqpelo92koqofbanh]09goshe” ….I could see his lips moving but I couldn’t hear the words. I was staring like a zombie, he knelt there for so long my mum had to carry him up. Everyone was clapping. It was so dramatic…I was soo shy and feeling like a mungo park with myself. Apparently everyone knew about the proposal except me! My dad hugged both of us, prayed and toasted to ‘US’! And then Yomi and I drove off with my parents waving goodbye…*Oh men! I don matured. Na me be this? wey my parents dey wave off to follow man…*collapses* When we got to the hotel, Yomi said “cuddles, you know you haven’t given me a reply?” This boy must be a joker…after 9 years of dating na which kain reply he bin expect before????? Egbami, NA YES NA!”   She’s just enjoyable! Do visit this blog. You may end up a lucky winner- she keeps you informed on giveaways, both hers and those of her “blog neighbours”! • nice post

  • sisiyemiie has been a great inspiration so far

  • Anyhow, I love keto so far, although I’m experimenting with trying
to put my own spin. It’s important to be flexible with your daily diet, even if you’re
locked into some thing such as”keeping carbs low”. I
don’t want to be the individual eating out that orders something weird off the menu, or nothing
at all, although I want to shed weight. It is just flat
out not worth it if you ask me, if your diet comes at the
cost of your joy. xoxo Anyhow just wanted to say thanks for your website.

Stuff like this helps me stay on track and helps to keep me.

I am hoping that you continue to develop, along with can discover it!
Fantastic luck and thanks . This is GREAT. Been doing my best
to try and do quality study, so stuff like this actually helps.
Anyone else think the biggest issue people have with weight reduction comes from them not putting at job
first? You want to start losing weight ASAP like I do,
however you must be willing to do a bit of research first.

I’m sorry to say you are just going to have problems if you don’t
    do your part.
