The CyberXchange Conference 2016 is an annual event series designed to shine a spotlight on new and emerging technology that is transforming the ways that we do business in West Africa and is seeking to identify the key trends and technologies in cyber security emerging from diverse industries and how they will reshape the way we do business in the years ahead.
The theme of the conference is cyber security, and it would focus on innovations that can tackle security challenges facing industries like finance, payments, e-commerce, banking, telecommunications, law enforcement, oil and gas, insurance, digital media, energy, and emerging start-up companies. Highlights of the event will be hackathons, workshops, demos, exhibition live hacks, amongst others.
Some of the speakers at the event include Abdul-Hakeem Ajijola, Executive Chairman, Consultancy Support Services Ltd; Adewale Obadare, Co-founder and COO, Digital Encode Nigeria Ltd; Alexander Polyakov, founder of Erpscan, and President, Eas-Sec.org Project; and Ben Herzberg, Group Manager, Imperva-Incapsula Security Research.
