The Young Innovation Leaders Fellowship is a transformative initiative designed to equip “high-potential young professionals with skills needed to tackle Africa’s most pressing socio-economic and environmental challenges.”
As part of efforts aimed at shaping the next generation of African leadership, the program offers fully funded training, intensive mentorship, hands-on innovative projects, and leadership training to enable fellows to gain valuable insight and accelerate their careers.

To be considered eligible for the program:
- It is open to young professionals between the ages of 20 and 35 years from any African country.
- The applicant must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
- You must demonstrate strong experience in a specialized field with the ability to create innovative solutions.
- You must demonstrate a strong passion for leadership, innovation, and driving meaningful change in the African continent.
