It is a program aimed at promoting US higher education opportunities.
To be considered eligible for the program:
- The applicant must be a not-for-profit organization, think tank, or civil society/non-governmental organization.
- Public and private educational institutions are eligible.
- Public international organizations and governmental institutions are eligible.
- All organizations interested in the program must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued via SAM.gov as well as a valid registration in SAM.gov.
- Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization. If an organization submits more than one proposal, all their proposals will be considered ineligible for funding.
