The National Institute of Professional Engineers and Scientists (NIPES), in collaboration with the Dr. Daniel Ejike Ewim Foundation, is inviting applications for the 2025 NIPES Daniel Ejike Scholarship.

The NIPES Daniel Ejike Scholarship is a program with a 2 million naira award targeted at “aspiring engineers, scientists, medical doctors, pharmacists, and students pursuing related fields of study.”
The scholarship was created to “foster inclusivity and collaboration and knowledge sharing between the body and young people.” NIPES is fully dedicated to promoting youth talents and inclusivity in engineering and science globally.
To be considered eligible for the program:
- The applicant must be currently enrolled in a reputable higher institution in Nigeria.
- You must be studying a science or engineering-related course.
- The applicant must be in their 100 level or above.
Mandatory: Every applicant must complete at least one free NIPES course online and explain the skills learned in their statement.
- Priority will be given to applicants who are NIPES members. Non-NIPES members are encouraged to join.
- As part of the application, the applicant is required to enrol and complete one free NIPES course online, which is designed to develop practical skills and innovative thinking.
- After the completion of the course, the applicant will receive a certificate of completion, which must be referenced in their personal statement.
