  As part of its initiative aimed at training young Africans to acquire the digital skills of content creation and filmmaking, MultiChoice has announced applications for the 2025 edition of the MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy Program.

The MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy is a 12-month program that allows participants to learn and interact with experts and leaders in TV and film while acquiring valuable skills in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and several other skills.

To be eligible for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Program

  • The applicant must be between the ages of 21 and 26 years.
  • The applicant must have obtained a university or college qualification, preferably in the film industry.
  • The applicant must be able to demonstrate a willingness to acquire skills in producing, directing, cinematography, commissioning, and direction.

The documents required for application include

  • CV—not more than 2 pages
  • Personal motivation letter of not more than 200-300 words (why should you be chosen)
  • Copy of Identification
  • Copy of high school certificate
  • Copy of college/university qualification
  • Please add the COVID-19 vaccine certificate.
