The Inspire Her Afrika mentorship program is designed to enhance the skills and career prospects of African women through meaningful mentorship connections. The mentorship program commences with a one-month digital boot camp.

Features of the program include:

  • It is a platform for one-to-one connection between experienced mentors and mentees who are ambitious in order to foster a dynamic learning environment.
  • Each mentee is paired with a mentor to critically analyze their skills and help them out.
  • The program operates as a two-way exchange where experienced mentors are fulfilled through guiding mentees to attain their full potential.
  • It helps African women to attain personal and professional growth.

To be considered eligible for the program:

  • It is designed exclusively for early-career women (0-3 years of work experience). Candidates who do not meet this requirement should not bother to apply.
  • The applicant must be an African woman.
