In a bid to empower, support, uplift, and encourage young Nigerian women between the ages of 20 and 25 to help them overcome career challenges, the Femme Forward Program is inviting applications for its 3-month program.

Young women selected for the Femme Forward Program are taught about the power of peer collaboration while exposing them to opportunities at the local and international levels. This year, 10 young women will be selected for the program.

To be eligible for the program
- The applicant must be a young woman aged 20 and 25.
- The applicant must demonstrate an interest in personal development, leadership, and overcoming hurdles.
- The applicant must actively participate in regular circle meetings.
- The applicant must show commitment to diversity.
- The applicant must be ready for a long-term engagement of at least 3 months with the program.
