The DevEast Business Pitch Competition is an initiative of DevEast, a business development advocacy organization to create sustainable development strategies and programs for Eastern Nigeria. DevEast aims to create a network for student-owned businesses to make a pitch and take their brands to a higher level.

To be eligible for the program:

  1. Applicants must be students at a tertiary institution in the southeast or south-south region.
  2. Applicants must have an innovative business idea that impacts society meaningfully.
  3. The business idea must leverage technology.
