Delegates at the summit become One Young World Coordinating Ambassadors after the program and are charged with the responsibility of making strong impacts in their countries, communities and organizations.

The requirements for the program include:
- The applicant must be willing to connect and build relationships with others during the program.
- You must demonstrate a passion for the aims of One Young World and the activities of its ambassadors.
- You must be action-oriented and willing to make an impact.
- The applicant must have a high level of written and spoken English.
- The applicant must prove commitment of time and effort during the role.
- You must have personal access to a computer and the Internet.
