  Women pursuing a career in finance can apply for the 2024 edition of the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship Program. The program is designed to support women in the finance industry willing to work in market risk management, fixed income, financial asset management, or derivatives finance.

FINCAD is an organization renowned for being a leader in providing financial technology solutions and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the finance industry. The FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship Program provides financial support and recognition to female students who deserve it.

To be eligible for the program:

  1. You must be a woman who is passionate about a career in finance.
  2. You must be currently enrolled in or planning to enrol in a full-time Master’s or PhD program in finance.
  3. Your academic interests must align with the program’s areas of interest (market risk management, fixed income, financial asset management, or derivatives finance).
  4. Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic record and a commitment to excellence.

Some of the benefits of the scholarship include:

  1. The program awards a single, prestigious scholarship of US$20,000 to one deserving applicant, which is divided into:
  2. A $10,000 scholarship fund is paid directly to the recipient to help offset tuition fees, other educational costs, and living expenses.
  3. A $10,000 scholarship fund is paid to the recipient’s institution to assist your chosen university in supporting your graduate program.
