Meet The App Digitizing Farming
In order to start using the app, you are required to register with a valid email address and a password. This generates a verification code which is sent to your email address so your registration can be completed. Once your registration is completed, you can begin farming on Farmcrowdy.
Farmcrowdy has a beautiful interface designed with the colour green, which of course, is the colour for agriculture. Once you click on the homepage, the first features that you see is some piece info about your activities on the app like your name, date joined, and your gravatar.
Farmcrowdy provides you with a timeline that shows you updates from farms you are sponsoring and following. You can like these updates and even share them on any social media platform you are on. Accessing sections of the app like the “Dashboard”, “Invite section, the ” Farm Shop”, and your profile can be done using a navigation bar located at the bottom of the homepage.
The Dashboard is where real farming begins. This is where you get to see a list of farms available for you to sponsor, details of these farms, and sponsors available to aid you in case you are a farmer. There is no limit to the number of farms you can sponsor and you can also see the potential return of your investment, the duration of the cycle, and the location of farms. Once a cycle has ended, you are paid your initial sponsorship with returns after harvest.
