One of the leading property services in Nigeria, Property Pro was launched in 2013 to solve the problems that plague the real estate industry in Nigeria. The service was formerly ToLet.co.ng but was later merged with Jumia House and rebranded to Property Pro. This merge brought about the launch of a mobile application for free downloads on Google Play Store.
Meet The App
The app has a very simple interface as you can see all its main features at a glance. You immediately gain access to all its features and can start browsing through the different categories of available properties.
There are properties for purchase, rent, short let, and land. Once you click on any of these categories, you can now choose the type of property you want (shop, office spaces, flats and apartments, lands, semi-detached bungalow, semi-detached duplex, co-working space, warehouse, shop in a mall, self contain, mini flats, etc.), the number of bedrooms, and the amount you’re willing to pay. You also choose the location you would like to live in so that the app can produce a result based on the data you put in.
On the left-hand side of the app is a three-bar icon which allows you to search for property, see the list of agents, post a request or even a property. For more real estate information, the icon also has a blog, real estate report, and a magazine.
In order to complete the acquisition of a property, you will be required to sign up on the app. In terms of simplicity and efficiency, the app has several decent reviews on Google Play store.
