Yuri Zhirkov and Jucilei missed their penalties paving the way for Ivory Coast striker, Seydou Doumbia to score the winner for CSKA. CSKA Moscow had won the Russian Premier league before this game.
It is the seventh time CSKA has won the Cup since the fall of the Soviet Union.
