  The Writers’ Conference was a wonderful learning experience for every writer that participated. If you were not there, we are trying our hardest to contain our reflex shock! Anyway, this article is dedicated to those amazing books made available for readers and writers at the just concluded writers’ conference and if you don’t have a copy of them yet, we will tell you why you need to get them and the places where you can get them. Her book is available at major bookstores in Nigeria. adaeze1   Funto Oni’s Book Beautified also made the cut. Beautified is the complete beauty guide for every woman, as well as men who care about their women. You can take it around in your bag and call on those colorful pages whenever you need beauty tips. Funto Oni’s dedication to unleashing the beauty in every one which would ultimately boost their self-confidence and self-esteem is revealed in this book. This masterpiece is available at major bookstores in Nigeria. Beautified-Book-Launch-BellaNaija-August2013052-600x400   Ike Nnaebue, a fast rising Nigerian Movie Director/Screenwriter did not write a book, however did direct and produce a movie titled Under Your Skin, a comedy movie featuring Uche Jombo, Jason Nwoga and Bishop Umoh. It is a movie about how a man who was confined to a wheelchair after a road accident is intrigued by his neighbor. You can find this on iROKOtv. Under-your-skin-timeline     Lekan Otufodunrin’s book, Purpose Driven Journalism was also on our book spread at the conference. The book is a wake-up call to journalists to understand and fulfill their purpose in journalism. It is a motivational message for excelling in the profession that transcends the usual emphasis on skill acquisition.
