The Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria registers Nigerian businesses/companies. Visit any of the Corporate Affairs Commission offices located in the state capitals. Come with two passport-sized photographs and an identification card. Make sure your ID cards are valid (National ID card, Drivers License, International Passport, Voters Card will do). Note that to register a business name, it will cost you N10,850, while to register a Limited Liability Company it will cost you N27,500.
The reduction in the registration prices came as a result of a recent reform made by the CAC to collapse some business registration fees and GEMS3 are in support of that.
