The movie adaptation of the critically acclaimed book by author, Chimamanda Adichie, ‘Half of a Yellow Sun’, will premiere in Lagos April 25, 2014.
‘Half of a Yellow Sun’ stars British actor and Academy Award nominee, Chiwetel Ejiofor; British actress, Thandie Newton. The Nollywood cast includes Genevieve Nnaji, Zack Orji, OC Ukeje and Onyeka Onwenu.
The Biyi Bandele directed movie debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2013 and in London at the BFI London Film Festival in October 2013.
