Eligibility Criteria
Consider submitting an application if you meet the following requirements:
- Recent graduate or early-stage professional (0-3 years of work experience) from a West African nation (previous cycles included applicants from: The Gambia, Liberia, Burkina Faso; varies by recruitment cycle)
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Development Studies, International Affairs, Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or similar fields.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, organisational capabilities, ability to collaborate effectively in teams, display initiative, and adjust to civil society environments.
- Available to participate full-time for the complete six-month period in Accra.
